About Women in Fenestration
Women in Fenestration (WFN) is a growing network created to support, connect and champion women across the fenestration industry.
Our aim is to bring together women from all areas of the sector—creating opportunities for development, building stronger connections and increasing visibility for female talent.
Why It Matters
Fenestration remains a traditionally male-dominated industry, yet women are contributing across every area from manufacturing, operations technical to sales, marketing and leadership. While progress is being made, many women still face challenges including limited visibility, fewer development opportunities and a lack of structured support networks.
WFN has been created to address this providing a platform where women can connect, share experiences, build confidence and support one another’s growth.

A message
from our founder
Women in Fenestration was created to bring together women across the industry to create stronger connections, share experiences and provide greater support for those at every stage of their career.
Having worked within the sector, I’ve seen first hand both the opportunities and the challenges. While there are many talented women across fenestration, there hasn’t always been a clear space to connect, learn from one another and build visibility.
WFN has been created to change that.
This is just the beginning and I’m excited to see how the network grows bringing together individuals and organisations who want to support and champion women across the industry.
