About Women in Fenestration
Women in Fenestration (WFN) is a growing network created to support, connect and champion women across the fenestration industry.
Our aim is to bring together women from all areas of the sector, creating opportunities for development, building stronger connections and increasing visibility for female talent.
Why It Matters
Fenestration remains a traditionally male-dominated industry, yet women are contributing across every area from manufacturing, operations technical to sales, marketing and leadership. While progress is being made, many women still face challenges including limited visibility, fewer development opportunities and a lack of structured support networks.
WFN has been created to address this providing a platform where women can connect, share experiences, build confidence and support one another’s growth.

A message
from our founders
Between us, we’ve spent more than 50 years working across the fenestration and construction industries, building careers in marketing, communications, events and business leadership.
Over the years, we’ve both seen just how important the right connections, opportunities and support can be in helping women build confidence and progress in their careers.
That’s why we created the Women in Fenestration Network.
We wanted to build something that brings women together from across the whole industry. A network where women at every stage of their career can make genuine connections, learn from each other, develop their skills and have access to opportunities they may not otherwise have had.
Through mentoring, professional development, events, industry insight and simply creating opportunities for women to meet and talk, we want WFN to become a community that genuinely makes a difference.
