A network built to support, connect and champion women in fenestration.
New Paragraph

We bring together professionals across fenestration to create a network that is both supportive and commercially relevant. By championing the role women play in driving performance and shaping the industry, we move beyond visibility into real impact, creating opportunities for connection, learning and progression.
Our first Professional Development Day, took place in June
bringing together women from across the industry for a day of insight,
inspiration and connection.
What a day it was and lined up nicely our events for the rest of the year. Check out our linkedin for comments and feeds.
Women in Fenestration Network (WFN)
What is it?

Whether you’re just starting out or in a senior leadership role, WFN provides a platform to connect, learn and grow.
Why it matters?
Fenestration remains a traditionally male dominated industry yet women are contributing across every area from manufacturing, operations to sales, technical, marketing and leadership.
